The West Central Community Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Before and After School Childcare program. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a desire to build relationships while being a positive role model to youth K-12. If you are enthusiastic, energetic, and enjoy working with school-age children this is the position for you.  This is a fun, fast-paced work environment that allows you to make a difference in a child’s life every day! The Youth Development Assistant Manager assists the Youth Development and Facility Manager with timekeeping, training and orientation, performance management and hiring of the employees within those departments. The Assistant Manager also plans, organizes, and leads recreation activities in a Before & After School/ Summer Day Care Program for children ages 5-12 while providing a safe environment to learn, play, and grow. Experience in recreation, arts, elementary education, or related fields is a plus. STARS and CPR certified a bonus!

Wage range is $18.70-$18.70/hr

40hrs per week
