Frequently Asked Questions
Can I rent a room on the weekend?
Yes, our rooms are available for rent on Saturdays until 10 p.m. and Sundays until 7 p.m.
Can I rent more than one room?
Yes, you can rent up to all of our rooms depending on availability. The Courtyard may only be rented as an add-on to other rooms inside the facility.
Can I serve food and alcohol at my event?
Yes, food and beverages can be served in our facility. If you plan to serve food at your event, there is a
non-refundable meal fee of $20 for events with less than 100 people. If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, there is a non-refundable beverage fee of $50 for events with less than 100 people. If alcohol will be present, you must purchase a Banquet Permit ($25) through the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. The Banquet Permit must be posted clearly on the wall at your event for the entirety of your rental period.
Can I put up decorations?
Yes, you may decorate the space for your event. However, absolutely NO thumbtacks, nails, or tape (other than painter's tape) may be used to hang decorations or other items on the walls. Damage from doing so will result in partial forfeit of your security deposit for extra labor needed to clean, repaint, and/or repair.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, we require a refundable $50 damage deposit for most events. Not all events will require a damage deposit. We will let you know at the time of booking if a damage deposit is required. Damage deposits will be refunded within 30 days after the date of the event.
Are there any discounts available?
We offer a 30% off discount for registered Non-Profits.
Can I visit the facility to look at the rooms before I book?
Yes! Give us a call at (509) 326-9540 and we can set up a time for you to come to the Center and we will show you the room(s) you're interested in.
