YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AIDE

The West Central Community Center is actively seeking a reliable team player to join our Youth Development Program. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a desire to build relationships while serving as a compassionate role model for youth. If you are enthusiastic, energetic, and enjoy working with children, this position is for you! This is a fun, fast-paced work environment where you can make a difference in a child’s life every day. Experience in recreation, arts, elementary education, or related field is a plus. STARS and CPR certified a bonus!

​Hourly rate is $17.53 – $18.78 per hour plus paid sick leave, employee discount, flexible schedule, and paid orientation

This position’s hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM–8:15 AM and 2:30 PM–6:00 PM. 

Opportunity for full-time hours during the summer.
