Community Inclusion Services

A County-funded, specialized program for adults with developmental disabilities.

Community Inclusion is an individualized service that provides support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build meaningful relationships, be active participants in their community, and connect with others who have similar interests and hobbies.

Community Inclusion services offer the opportunity to connect with people in our community, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes understanding and friendship. The service is an integral part of creating a "whole life", helping individuals find fulfilling ways to spend their time outside of work and supporting their journey towards building a strong sense of community.

Each individual has a tailored program to meet their needs.
