Community Inclusion Specialist

​​Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact? West Central Community Center is looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our Community Inclusion team. Since 1980, we’ve been enriching lives and creating community by supporting adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DD/ID) through social interaction, education, and community involvement.

 

Candidate must have the heart and passion to work one-on-one with clients. Ideal candidate will have one year’s experience with DD/ID population and an AA in Human Services or relevant studies. CPR/First aid certification is required. 

 

Hourly rate is $19.25-$20.50 per hour plus paid time off, medical, vision, dental, retirement, pet insurance, discounted Aflac plans, free onsite childcare (ages 5-12) and adult dependent care.

 

This position is full time. Hours of work may vary according to clients’ needs and may include evenings and weekends.

 

Travel: Travel is local during the hours of work.​​
