Setup G: Presentation (Chairs Only)

  • The chairs will be set up in rows, all facing one side of the room where the presenter will be speaking--aisle down the middle.

Setup G1: Presentation (Podium)

  • The chairs will be set up in rows facing the centered podium--aisle down the middle.

Setup G2: Presentation (Screen and Projector)

  • The chairs will be set up in rows facing the screen--aisle down the middle.

  • If not in the Newton, you will need to set up a 6' table for the projector at the front of the room.

Setup G3: Presentation (Screen, Projector, and Speakers)

  • Set up panel speakers--just chairs facing the inside of the room or chairs at 6 foot or 8 foot tables. Ajanea will specify in the contract.

  • Set up rows of chairs for audience participants all facing the panel--aisle down the middle.

  • Work Groups (only round tables with chairs)

  • Maximum of 8 rounds in the Newton and 10 rounds in the Mason (9 shown in image).

  • 4 - 8 chairs per table possible.

  • Ajanea will specify in contract.
