This is a specialized program for adults with developmental disabilities. County funded program and private pay as well. The program is designed to provide skill building and resources so consumers have opportunities to participate in their community. Each individual has a tailored program to meet his/her needs.

KARATE

Karate classes are offered for all ages 5 years old and up. Learn self-discipline, respect and also a great form of exercise. Fee is $10 a month and $25 uniform fee. Classes are on Fridays at 4:00-5:00.

Private pay programs for people with developmental disabilities ages 15 and older. The mission is to enable the individual to become more independent by enjoying activities and opportunities, making friends and having fun. The program focuses on four components: Social, Educational, Recreational and Community Integration.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Mixed Martial Arts classes offered Monday, Thursdays 5-7 and Sundays 12:30-2:30. Learning grappling striking, and defensive techniques. Fee is $25 a month. Team is coached by Abe Jones and Team Ironman.

WCCC Recreation Department sponsors a variety of special events throughout the year. Annual events such as the, Spring Neighbor Day Festival, Building Dreams Spring Fundraising Auction/Dinner, Halloween Carnival, and Winterfest Celebration.

Teaches the basic fundamentals of sports such as baseball, hockey, football, and basketball in a skill development program that focus fun Youth age 7-15. Program is free.

Gym is available Tuesday and Thursday for youth ages 11-18 to play basketball, floor hockey, volleyball, crafts, movies, tournaments and educational activities. Middle school is Tuesday and High school is Thursday nights. Program is free.
SUMMER DAY CAMP

A ten week summer recreation program providing activities, special events and field trips for children age 5-12 years old. Hours are 6:30-6pm M-F except July 4th holiday. Fee for the program is based on family income.
SUMMER PARKS PROGRAM

A free drop in recreation program offered in AM Cannon Park during the summer. Activities include sports, arts and crafts, fitness, concerts and breakfast and lunch. Program hours will vary depending on the activity.

WRESTLING CLUB
